Job Summary
As India HR Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring a compliant, efficient and customer‑focused HR operation for our India organisation.
You will own day‑to‑day HR lifecycle processes, secure high‑quality HR data and documentation, and be a trusted partner to managers and employees on HR policies and standard employee relations matters.
Collaborate closely with India business leaders, P&C Consultants and cross‑cutting EED teams on data quality sweeps, reporting and process improvements.

Key Requirements

Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying Indian labour laws
Experience working in a multinational or matrix environment
