Job Summary
The Head Coach oversees an intercollegiate athletic team and provides leadership in the development and evaluation of the team and individual student-athletes.
Duties include recruiting, instructing eligible players in fundamental skills and strategies, organizing, implementing, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the team sport, and attending and running practices and games.
The coach will develop, recruit and administer a competitive men’s soccer program consistent with the student-athlete philosophy of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).
