The Change & Release Specialist is responsible for managing requests for change through their lifecycle and assisting with communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and coaching service managers and suppliers on processes.
Primary responsibilities include enforcing change compliance, reviewing implemented changes, creating and coordinating Change Requests through the CAB, and applying best practices to drive continuous improvement.
