CSA Group is seeking a Team Lead for Environmental and Reliability Testing to oversee a team of engineers and technicians in their laboratory in Plattling, Germany. The role requires technical leadership in conducting environmental tests to ensure product reliability and compliance with relevant standards

Job Summary

  • Provide technical and organizational leadership for the environmental and reliability testing team, ensuring tests are carried out efficiently and at the highest quality level.
  • Plan, coordinate, and perform environmental and reliability tests in accordance with relevant standards, including mechanical, climatic, and IP tests.
  • Contribute to maintaining and further developing the laboratory accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025) and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Environmental Engineering, or comparable

  • Experience in technical leadership or coordination
  • Knowledge of relevant testing standards (e.g. IEC 60068-x, MIL-STD-810)
  • Experience with measurement and testing equipment
  • Good German and English language skills
