Job Summary
Provide computer onsite support execution for factory or Hitachi energy site's owned/managed assets and operational support of both office IT and shop floor IT/OT assets.
Carry out IT/OT Cybersecurity first responder tasks by investigating and determining the scope of the incident and working with the cybersecurity team to contain and remediate the incident.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
