  • Achieve assigned Area/TBM wise sales target and support the team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
  • Conduct activities and programs as per division strategy, develop and mentor team for the next level, and ensure areas stock availability of all products.
  • Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and help bridge the same, developing TBMs field effectiveness through monitoring effort parameters and strategy execution.
