Job Summary

• The position is part of a dedicated team of professionals responsible for all facets of the fund accounting, corporate finance, financial reporting, capital markets and investor relations functions for two Business Development Companies.
• Core responsibilities include fund administrator oversight, SEC reporting and compliance, cycle management, internal systems management, management company accounting, technical accounting, credit facility management, lender compliance, cash and liquidity management, trade and deal operations, investor and internal reporting, and strategic analysis.
• The base salary for this position is expected to be between $175,000 and $225,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a competitive benefits package.
