Must-have

  • EPA universal refrigerant certification
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years related maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Flexible with nights, weekends, holidays
  • Subject to 24-hour emergency calls

Nice-to-have

  • AA degree in mechanical or industrial maintenance
  • Electrician Certification preferred
  • Trade school diploma a plus
  • Microsoft Office & Outlook proficiency
  • Experience supervising part-time staff
  • Forklift and pallet jack operation skills
  • Strong communication and time management
