Job Summary

• The CNC Machinist II is responsible for the set-up and operation of CNC and manual machines as well as the inspection of parts, monitoring equipment to its full capacity and performing work according to specifications and company quality standards.
• Proficient in the setup, use and maintenance of CNC Lathe and CNC Vertical Mill inclusive of 5, 4 and 3 axis milling machines, including interacting with machine controls, operating software, and understanding tool compensation and wear offsets.
• Responsible for cross training, problem solving, troubleshooting maintenance and error issues, proposing continuous improvement opportunities, and documenting revisions to work order routings and quality inspection documentation.
