  • Partner with leadership in developing, implementing and assessing long and short term strategies, goals and objectives for the Departments.
  • Direct the development and monitoring of an effective staffing and retention strategy, including hiring and terminating employees, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Directly responsible for the medicolegal aspects of the organized medical staff as it relates to credentialing and privileging, governance.
