Partner with leadership in developing, implementing and assessing long and short term strategies, goals and objectives for the Departments.
Direct the development and monitoring of an effective staffing and retention strategy, including hiring and terminating employees, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Directly responsible for the medicolegal aspects of the organized medical staff as it relates to credentialing and privileging, governance.
