Own the resource planning for the PSE organization, responsible for business process and execution of HC demand planning, Account - BU alignment, and HC approval recommendation.
Work closely with accounts to understand HC demand by product area, interact with BUs to align on priorities, and help execute the HC approval process for the field.
Drive productivity improvement efforts for the PSE community and provide oversight and governance over field activities at R&D and High Volume Manufacturing sites.
