Teaching Manager / Academic ManagerKey Responsibilities Lead and manage the teaching team, including recruitment support, scheduling, performance monitoring, and day-to-day supervision of teachers. Ensure consistent delivery of all academic programmes in accordance with the organisation’s curriculum standards, including regular classes and robotics competition training programmes. Oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of robotics competition programmes, including but not limited to WRO, FLL, NRC, Enjoy AI, and RoboMaster. Conduct regular classroom observations, teaching audits, and performance reviews to maintain high teaching standards and learning outcomes. Plan and implement teacher onboarding, training, and continuous professional development to enhance teaching quality and instructional effectiveness. Monitor student learning progress and competition readiness, and support the resolution of teaching-related feedback or concerns from parents and students. Collaborate with the Centre Manager and Head Office on academic planning
