Job Summary

  • KBR is looking for a Workshop Superintendent - Maintenance Head to guarantee that daily refinery maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety, environment, and quality rules to assure sector availability, reliability, and operation continuity.
  • The role involves managing and leading overall department functions including welding, fabrication, scaffolding, insulation, heavy lift and rigging divisions, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • The candidate will conduct regular safety audits, manage training schedules, review maintenance performance reports, and respond promptly to emergencies ensuring incident reporting and compliance.
