Base: $25-$29 hourly (Schedule section); Base: $38.00 - $40.00/hr (Pay section); Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k matching up to 4%, childcare assistance

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years hands-on maintenance experience
  • 3+ years supervisory experience in building industry
  • Expertise in HVAC plumbing electrical systems
  • Knowledge of OSHA fire life safety codes
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and push 250 pounds

Key Requirements
