Overview As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of the restaurant, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting both service and kitchen functions. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally in accordance with the Company's service standards. Attend to customer enquiries, requests, feedback and resolve issues in a courteous manner. Promote menu items through upselling and and cross-selling where appropriate. Handle cashiering duties and process payments accurately. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times. Assist in basic food preparation and kitchen support duties as required. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas. Replenish and stock supplies, ingredients and operational materials as required. Comply with all food safety, workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Perform any other ad hoc duties as deemed appropriate as a Service Crew. Requirements Diploma in Food & Beverage or related field is preferred. Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene by Singapore Food Agency (SFA). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine. Friendly, service-oriented, and pleasant personality. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly with customers. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
