Job Summary

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and Life Safety equipment.
  • Operate and maintain all building systems and equipment, including but not limited to; HVAC, Security, Life Safety, plumbing and electrical.
  • This full-time position operates Monday through Friday and includes participation in an on-call and after-hours rotation schedule.
