Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient repair, preventative maintenance, and cleaning of all equipment associated with plant processes.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Documented successful performance as a Maintenance Technician I or equivalent
  • Experience with fabrication, welding, cutting
  • Experience with repair of pumps, gearboxes, airlocks, fans/blowers, agitator assemblies, and valves
  • Experience with boiler operations and water chemistry
  • Experience with material handling systems
  • Experience with preventative maintenance practices
  • Experience with fabrication and repair of metal/plastic piping systems
  • Experience with instrument and electrical work
  • Experience with concrete work
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatic and fluid processes
  • Ability to read schematic drawings
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
