Job Summary

As a Team Leader, you will manage a team, act as the main point of contact for project challenges, and contribute to efficient work processes within the Customer Service department.
The role requires maintaining a 50/50 time split between client activities and team management while fostering team spirit and promoting a customer-focused approach.
