Fusion HCR is seeking a District Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential property portfolio within an assigned geographic market for our client in the property management space.
This role is responsible for driving portfolio performance, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and ensuring operational excellence across all properties.
The District Manager will lead and develop a local team, act as a key liaison across departments (Property Operations, Leasing, Development), and execute strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.
