Must-have
5+ years mortgage servicing experience
2+ years investor accounting experience
Advanced MS Excel skills required
Knowledge of GSE bank reconciliation process
Understanding of pooling and servicing agreements
Nice-to-have
SQL or database reporting experience
Servicing Director knowledge
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Experience with internal and external audits
Key Requirements
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance preferred
5+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience
2+ years prior Investor Accounting experience
Smartphone with Microsoft Authenticator app required
