Job Summary

  • Children’s Ground is a First Nations organisation committed to systems change to ensure dignity, justice and equity for all children and families through a whole of community, whole of life approach.
  • The Head of Research & Evaluation leads teams in Central Australia and Darwin to deliver high quality monitoring, evaluation and research that empowers First Nations staff and families in data ownership and sovereignty.
  • This role involves managing and supporting the Research & Evaluation team, embedding cultural integrity in evaluation processes, and contributing to strategic planning and reporting to evidence the impact of the Children’s Ground Approach.
