The Head of Research & Evaluation leads teams in Central Australia and Darwin to deliver high quality monitoring, evaluation and research that empowers First Nations staff and families in data ownership and sovereignty.
This role involves managing and supporting the Research & Evaluation team, embedding cultural integrity in evaluation processes, and contributing to strategic planning and reporting to evidence the impact of the Children’s Ground Approach.
