Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant to support the Occupational Therapist in resident care and rehabilitation activities. The role entails conducting treatments, maintaining documentation, and assisting with training while promoting a safe and effective environment for residents

Job Summary

  • The Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant assists the Staff Occupational Therapist with resident related activities and direct resident care.
  • Communicates routinely with the supervising occupational therapist to ensure timely updates to physicians, nursing staff, the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families regarding progress, goals, and discharge planning.

  • Proficient in computer skills (Net Health, Point Click Care)
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
