Job Summary
The team you will be joining is part of State Street Global Markets India COO (SSGM) which is transforming our operating model that provides support to sales and trading desks across all regions EMEA, APAC and North America 24/6.
As Securities Lending - Collateral & Settlements -Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for processing high volume of international loans, Recall returns, Equilend & Non-Equilend Broker Returns daily adhering to established procedures and controls.
The AVP is expected to display managerial qualities such as demonstrating a 'Risk Excellence' culture, nurturing individual and collective ownership, and ensuring all staff adheres to the SSGM Code of Conduct.

Key Requirements
12+ years of experience in securities lending domain
Experience handling a team of over 20 people
MBA/BS/BA or equivalent
Intermediate Microsoft Office suite knowledge
Experience with MCH, Euroclear/CREST, Qlikview, DTCC, IHS MARKIT, PIRUM, EQUILEND
