Salary

Training Pay: $15 - $20 per hour for 2-6 weeks; Average Annual Earning Potential After Training: $36,000 - $60,000+; Post-Training Pay: Base Pay: $11 – 18 / hour, Commission & Bonus: 3% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 2% on other sales, Quarterly bonus opportunity of $0 - $1,500
