  • Minimum 5 years HVAC services operational experience
  • 3 years management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent experience
  • Johnson Controls Metasys experience
  • 8 years HVAC operational role with leadership
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
