Job Summary
This position is responsible to supervise WFJ QC & Fine or High Jewelry repair claims related process while coordinating the repair flow with internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires training retail, VM, and PR teams on proper manipulation of high-end pieces and acting as a gatekeeper for quality standards.
Candidates must represent their country within the worldwide Chanel quality and aftersales organizations while managing end-to-end flows for core and high-end items.
