Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 8+ years in cost engineering or product cost management
  • Building bottom-up cost models for complex systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools
  • Understanding of CapEx/OpEx tradeoffs and investment metrics
  • Experience with parametric cost modeling methods

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in MBA or Operations Research
  • Experience on launch vehicle or space hardware programs
  • Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulation techniques
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience driving design to cost initiatives
