Job Summary

  • The chosen candidate will perform a wide range of progressively responsible maintenance tasks in the preventative maintenance, repair, and construction of roads and roadside features, including the installation of ground-mounted signs and the use of paint and thermoplastic pavement markings.
  • This position requires work during adverse weather such as snow, ice, tornadoes, and hurricanes, which can lead to extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six years experience operating related equipment
  • Possession or ability to obtain Class B Commercial Driver’s License with N endorsement within 360 days
  • Pre-employment drug testing
  • Completion of background checks for controlled substances and alcohol testing
