Day to day work will include risk analysis and due diligence, drafting and negotiating concession agreements, EPC, O&M and interface agreements.

2-4 years PQE at a recognised international law firm
Strong experience in project development, energy, infrastructure, utilities, or PPP
Ability to handle first pass drafting of agreements with minimal supervision
Strong organisational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams
