Job Summary

  • You deliver a state-of-the-art, frictionless exchange between KYC and our customers across various touchpoints.
  • You are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the processes and tooling used in the Customer Interactions required for Customer Due Diligence Reviews for ING Belgium.
  • As a Product Lead you are part of the KYC Tribe Leadership Team consisting of six Product Leads and two Product Area Leads.
