Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years financial counseling experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Bilingual English and Spanish if contract requires
  • Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) or CFP or ChFC certification
  • Favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation
  • Pass Congressionally Mandated OCI process
