  • Assumes responsibility for building operations including cleaning, heating, ventilation, and general supervision of equipment maintenance.
  • Directs and plans the work of all custodial staff, arranging workloads and assisting employees in performing their duties.
  • Monitors the upkeep of the building and grounds to ensure they are maintained in an acceptable manner and performs minor repairs as needed.
