Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Quantity Surveying or Construction Management qualification
  • Proven experience in construction estimating or commercial roles
  • Strong understanding of NEC forms of contract
  • Ability to develop fully priced Bills of Quantities
  • Experience with construction cost planning and specifications
  • Full UK driving licence required

Nice-to-have

  • Highways or infrastructure project experience
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and relevant legislation
  • Understanding of project management processes
  • Experience supporting pre-construction and bidding activity

Key Requirements

  • Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proven experience in estimating or commercial roles within construction
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and analytical skills
