Job Summary

• The Productivity Lead will focus on minimizing store dependency on labor-intensive processes by identifying & delivering process improvements and labor-saving solutions.
• Key responsibilities include overseeing daily activities of Time Specialists and Ops. Eng. Team, planning and managing workloads, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the labor model is relevant and accurate.
