The role ensures that CMC is resilient and prepared to respond effectively to business disruptions, minimising impact to clients, operations, and regulatory obligations.
Lead the annual review of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) across the business to identify business areas, processes, their dependent systems and recovery objectives.
Contribute to the ongoing development and maturity of incident and crisis management processes.

Ability to lead test scenarios for BCM purposes
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Knowledge and experience in Operational Resilience
Experience with crisis/disaster recovery management
