Job Summary

  • The Deputy Project Manager will partner closely with the Project Manager to support day-to-day execution of a critical National Digital Exploitation and OSINT Center program.
  • In the absence of the Project Manager, the Deputy is expected to assume delegated program management authority and serve as the primary decision-maker and customer interface.

Must-have

  • 8-12 years technical program experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph eligibility
  • Agile environment experience (SAFe or similar)
  • Cross-functional team leadership skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Nice-to-have

  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience with Intelligence Community customers
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management
  • Configuration Management documentation experience
  • Disruptive mindset and refusal to fail culture

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph
  • 8-12 years relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical teams
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Gitlab
