Southwest Care is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Counselor (BHC II) for its Santa Fe clinic. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, relevant licensure (LCSW or LPCC), and experience in client therapy, with a focus on serving underserved populations in a collaborative healthcare setting

  • The BHC II functions as a core member of a collaborative care team involving the patient’s primary care provider, a psychiatric provider, case manager, nurse, and other clinical staff.
