The role requires investigating accidents and incidents, conducting routine inspections, and participating in emergency response and preparedness drills.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and be available as Essential Personnel during disasters.

Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year Security, law enforcement, or military experience
Valid Louisiana driver's license and clean DMV report
Completion of Certified Police Officer Standard Training Policy Academy
Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association
Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) certification
Firearms training certification
IAHSS Certification within 90 days of hire
Successful completion of FTO Program within 60 days
