  • With up to 1000 vehicles assigned to a garage, the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor manages an efficient garage operation with a high standard of customer service, ensuring compliance to scheduled maintenance programs and is accountable to meet maintenance delivery timelines.
  • As the leader of your maintenance team, you will be involved in all aspects of staff hiring, providing input into vendor contract documentation/vendor management, as well as, support client and Fleet Procurement in future vehicle purchases.

  • Extensive experience in vehicle maintenance
  • Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs
  • Considerable experience leading employees
  • Considerable experience with computerized Fleet Management Information Systems
  • Valid class G Ontario driver's licence
  • Knowledge of budget management
  • Thorough knowledge of CVOR legislation
  • Thorough knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
