You will lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor to achieve and surpass their goals while fostering a culture of passion and positivity.
Responsibilities include driving sales, coaching the team, managing cash handling and store opening/closing, maintaining store visuals, and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
