Job Summary
This position is to support GATE’s stakeholders in the Customer Engagement Suite (CES) - Voice of Customer (VOC) which sits within the business function of AABI (Advanced Analytics Business & Insights).
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT counterparts, and product managers to gather and analyze requirements, translate business strategy into actionable next steps for technical execution, and ensure that the proposed solutions for tracking customer feedback effectively meet business objectives and user needs.
