Job Summary

  • Every day, Agilent Field Service Engineers help our customers to solve issues that enable scientists to make discoveries that enhance the quality of life.
  • You will be responsible for supporting our customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
  • This position primarily serves the greater San Diego area with occasional travel to Orange County and greater Los Angeles and includes the option to work remotely.

Base: $46.13 - $72.08/hr; Bonus/Equity: Eligibility for bonus and stock; Benefits: Eligibility for benefits and vehicle reimbursement

Must-have

  • Experience with LC and LCMS products
  • On-site customer support and troubleshooting
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Own means of transportation required
  • Customer service and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in science field
  • 4+ years experience as field service engineer or LC/LCMS end user
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Residence in greater San Diego area
  • Consent to customer/vendor credentialing requirements
