Job Summary

  • The Patient Advocate I provides unbranded, disease state education, and peer to peer support to people living with Primary Immunodeficiency enrolled in MyIgSource while being mindful of legal and regulatory constraints during every interaction.
  • You will report to the Community Engagement and Recruitment Lead and will be responsible for making outgoing and handling incoming calls via the toll-free MyIgSource phone line.
  • This position is currently classified as "remote" and offers a base salary range of $71,800.00 - $112,860.00.
