Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, science, engineering or computer science
• 4+ years experience in ABS/RMBS structuring
• Extensive prior experience with collateral analysis and cashflow modeling
• Familiarity with transaction legal documents review and rating agency methodologies
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong proficiency with Intex Calc and Dealmaker
• Strong analytical and fixed income math skills
• Strong independent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
