Key Requirements

  • 5+ years in medium or large market
  • Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism, Communications or related field
  • Operating proficiency of Sony XDCAM, Panasonic P-2 or similar ENG Systems
  • Proficiency with drones
  • Non-linear editing on FCP X, Avid or similar system
  • Physically able to carry broadcast ENG camera (25 lbs. or more) and support equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and thrive under pressure
  • Available to work any shift required in a 24/7 newsroom
