Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Information Security
  • Proven leadership of SOC or Incident Response teams
  • Expertise in SIEM, EDR, web proxy, and email security tools
  • Ability to conduct cybersecurity incident investigations

Nice-to-have

  • Passion for coaching and mentoring team members
  • Innovation mindset with automation-first approach
  • Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong servant leader mindset

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Engineering
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Information Security
  • Previous experience leading a SOC, Hunt, or Incident Response Team
  • CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, or equivalent certifications (preferred)
