Job Summary

  • The Building Engineer applies trade skills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of building systems for the safe, efficient and proper operation of the assigned property.
  • Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, and life safety systems, as well as managing supplies and coordinating subcontractors.
  • This role requires availability for various shifts, extended hours, and 24x7 on-call rotation, including responding to after-hours emergencies.
