Job Summary

• As a Senior Consultant at Capco, you will have the opportunity to deepen and expand your expertise within the Securities Services domain, supporting large‑scale change initiatives for leading global banks and financial services.
• You will work closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading investment banks and play an integral role in defining and overcoming complex problems and providing innovative solutions to our clients.
• We are expanding our business rapidly across Hong Kong and Asia. You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banking and insurance clients in the world, projects that will deliver significant transformation and change.

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in consulting or BA/PM roles
• Experience in Financial Services
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects for fund administration, global custody, transfer agency and/or securities lending
• Experience with a top management consulting firm or similar problem-solving environments
• Excellent communication skills in English
