This role is critical for leading the strategy and execution of systems engineering and validation efforts for autonomous vehicle software within the AV organization.

Base: $157,100 - $241,500; Bonus: Incentive pay based on company performance and individual results; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, retirement, life insurance, paid vacation, and vehicle discount

Must-have
8+ years systems engineering experience
Advanced degree in Engineering or CS
Product decomposition and requirements management
Data analysis and statistical analysis skills
Simulation-based and road-based testing strategies
Nice-to-have
Proficiency in SQL Python and C++
Experience with robotics simulation environments
Track record with safety-critical products
Ability to adapt under ambiguity
Excellent communication across levels
Key Requirements
Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Physics, CS, or Data Science
8+ years of experience in systems engineering or robotics
Proficiency in requirements management tools like Jama or DOORS
