Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years management experience in automotive industry
  • Valid driver's license eligible for company insurance
  • Advanced understanding of OEM estimates and repair procedures
  • Knowledge of scanning process and SOPs
  • Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with I-CAR and ASE certifications
  • Strong customer service skills for internal and external clients

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or mobile business
  • Must have a valid driver's license
